We feature various sales and promotions throughout the year, each with its own terms and conditions. Please note that offers cannot be combined — only one discount or promotion can be redeemed per transaction. Free gifts are limited to one per order. If an order does not meet the required purchase threshold, any free gifts or vouchers will be excluded from the shipment.
Returns are accepted on jackets, even during sales or promotions, provided they are in original condition. However, please note that items such as bags and accessories purchased during sales or promotional events are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty due to a manufacturing issue.
If a discount code is required, only one code can be used at checkout — this includes loyalty vouchers. Any additional discount codes entered will override the previous one, and only one discount will be honoured.
Shipping charges may apply during sales and promotional periods, in line with our standard postage policies.
PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order typically ship within approximately 8 weeks from the date of purchase. However, please refer to the product description for specific estimated dispatch times.
If your order includes both pre-order items and other pieces, the entire order will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available. If you prefer to receive other pieces sooner, we suggest placing separate orders
SHIPPING SCHEDULE FOR YOUR ORDERS
Our dispatch process ensures swift handling of your orders: Orders made prior to 1 pm (Monday to Friday) will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm (Monday to Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched on the following business day.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
Our meticulous packing process aims to deliver products in pristine condition. Should any damage occur during transit, we'll replace the damaged goods upon their return to our postal address. In the unfortunate event of loss or theft during transit, replacements will be arranged at our discretion. For details on returns, kindly refer to our refunds and exchanges page
DISCOUNT CODE POLICY
Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or discount codes. However, they can be used in conjunction with one of our electronic gift cards for added savings.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON DELIVERY DETAILS
Ensure the delivery address provided during ordering is correct to avoid any hiccups. In case of return, we'll gladly resend your order after confirming the accurate address with you. However, If the shipping is due to the customer putting in the wrong details then the customer will pay the shipping fee to the correct address
