REFUNDS

You are entitled to return your APOSTL goods within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund. For change of mind refunds, we will deduct a restocking fee of $7.99 from the original payment. Our reason for doing this is because we endure more return costs for returned items that are not defective.

EXCHANGES

In the case of an exchange, we will get you to send your APOSTL product back to us. Once received we will send out your new item. If there is a difference in cost we will get you to pay the difference or in the case that the exchanged product is less than the original product we will credit you the amount owing. 

Exchange of goods is conditional upon goods being in new condition and tags attached.

DAMAGED  GOODS

If there is a fault with the item you have purchased, we will offer to repair or replace where available otherwise a store credit or refund will be offered. All claims for faulty items are assessed on an individual basis by our team members and the outcome is at the sole discretion of APOSTL. If a refund is required, it will be processed back via the original payment method used to place the order. Proof of purchase is required for any exchange, return or refund. 

SHIPPING FEES

If you are returning your item for a refund or exchange you will be responsible for the return shipping.
