Every Apostl piece is handcrafted with care and made to last a lifetime. If your order isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
Jackets (Full Price)
- Eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be shipped back in original condition (unworn, unaltered, with tags attached, and packaging intact) to the Returns Address. - Apostl covers the cost of return shipping for full-price jacket refunds lodged within 7 days.
- Jackets returned after 7 days (but within 30 days) are not eligible for a refund. Instead, they qualify for exchange or store credit only, and the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Jackets (Sale or Promotion)
- No refunds available.
- Eligible for exchange or store credit only, lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Bags & Accessories
- No refunds available.
- Eligible for exchange or store credit only, lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Made-to-Measure / Custom Orders
- Not eligible for refund or exchange.
- If the measurements are at fault on Apostl’s end, we will honour a refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
- Worn items (other than trying on for size and fit etc).
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional purchases
- Custom / made-to-measure items (unless faulty as noted above)
Condition Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.`
- Packaging must be intact.
- Any custom features must be unaltered.
- Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.
International Returns
- For international customers, shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- Apostl is not responsible for customs delays.
Processing Times
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If your item is faulty or incorrect, Apostl will cover all return shipping costs and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund.

As every Apostl piece is handcrafted, we encourage thoughtful purchases to minimise unnecessary returns. This reduces environmental impact and honours the time and craftsmanship invested in each garment.

- Your items must be returned unworn and in their original condition.
- Full-priced jackets: Please email us to request your prepaid return slip — we’ll send it to you before you post your item back.
- All other items (including sale items): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges and refunds can only be processed once we have received the original item.
- Please keep your tracking number handy.

How do I return my order?
- For full-priced jackets, email us and we’ll send you a prepaid return slip.

I purchased a full-price jacket, can I get a refund?
- Yes, if returned within 7 days of receiving your order, in original condition.
- Apostl covers return shipping costs.
- After 7 days (up to 30 days), full-price jackets are only eligible for exchange or store credit, and the customer must cover return shipping.
I purchased an item on sale or promotion, can I return it?
- Sale and promotional purchases are not eligible for refunds.
- You may request an exchange or store credit within 30 days.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Can I return or exchange bags & accessories?
- Bags and accessories are not refundable.
- They are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days.
- Customers must cover return shipping.
Are custom or made-to-measure pieces returnable?
- Custom or made-to-measure items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- If measurements are at fault on Apostl’s end, we will honour a refund or exchange.
- Please note: we allow a 1–2 cm variation in measurements. This is standard in garment production.
- Items that fall within this tolerance are not considered to be wrong measurements.
What if my order arrived damaged or faulty?
- Contact us immediately with photos and your order number.
- Apostl will cover all return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund.
What if I receive an incorrect item?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll cover return shipping and ensure you receive the correct item.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
- Apostl covers return shipping for full-price jacket refunds lodged within 7 days.
- For all other returns (sale, promo, bags, accessories, late jacket returns), the customer must cover shipping.
How will I be refunded?
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing takes 3–5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Can I exchange an item?
- Yes, exchanges are available for jackets, bags, and accessories.
- Requests must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Store credit can also be issued and used toward a future purchase.
