  • Your items must be returned unworn and in their original condition
  • Exchanges and refunds can only be processed when we receive the original item back from you
  • Sale items can be Exchanged however the return postage for the exchanged item must be covered by the buyer.
  • Please keep the tracking number handy on you.

Leather Jackets

All leather jackets may be returned or exchanged at no cost within 7 days from the date of arrival. Please email us at returns@apostl.com.au, and one of our staff members will get back to you with further information. For all returns/exchanges outside of the 7-day period, the customer will be required to cover the return shipping cost. Apostl does not cover the cost of return postage for orders outside 7 days post arrival. Unless an error has occurred at the fault of Apostl, you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return outside of the returns period. Apostl does not assume responsibility for lost parcels. Jackets purchased on sale are not eligible for free returns. Jackets being returned must be sent via standard post (not express post). Please contact returns@apostl.com.au for more information.

Please note that free returns are only eligible for jackets shipped within Australia and New Zealand. For all other International returns outside of these areas please contact returns@apostl.com.au.

Bags and Accessories Collections

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with proof of purchase to be eligible for return. Apostl does not cover the cost of return postage. Unless an error has occurred at the fault of Apostl, you will not be asked to pay the return postage fee when lodging your return. We recommend purchasing tracked postage so you can trace your return; Apostl does not assume responsibility for lost parcels. Items purchased on sale, promotional items, and free gifts are not eligible for a refund. These items may be exchanged for other goods or store credit.

General Returns Policy

Items must be returned unworn and in their original condition. Exchanges and refunds can only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Sale items can be exchanged; however, the return postage for the exchanged item must be covered by the buyer. Please retain your tracking number for reference. We will contact you once we process your return.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits work the same as a gift card! You will receive your credit note to the email used to complete the original purchase. Your unique credit note number can be used online or in store. Store credits have an expiry of 3 years!

For online use, you need to enter the credit note number in the ‘gift card or discount code’ section at checkout.
